The large “eat-in” kitchen has a separate seating area for eight and is fully-equipped with quality utensils and upgraded appliances including glass-top stove, microwave oven, dishwasher refrigerator, automatic Ice maker and freezer. The home has a separate utility room with family washer and dryer.

Master Bedroom Suite (1) features impressive “island-style” king-size bed, white plantation-style windows, overhead ceiling fans, full dresser, mirror, walk-in closet and TV.  Adjoining en-suite bathroom also has pool-side access with extended vanity units, step–in shower, toilet and bidet.
