The breakfast nook has seating for 4 with an aquarium-style window overlooking the water. A stunning designer-styled kitchen has marble counter tops, direct servery to the dining room and the luxury stainless steel appliances include, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove and microwave oven. A large utility room includes family washer and dryer.

Master bedroom en-suite – elegantly styled with beautiful water views and access to the sun deck and pool. Features luxury king-size bed, overhead ceiling fans, two walk-in closets and TV. The beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom has walk-in shower, full bath, twin vanity units and separate toilet.
