of accommodation rental is within 8 weeks of date of booking. |

- After submitting, print out the confirmation page, sign it
and post with your deposit cheque. (Full postal details
are shown on the confirmation page). If paying by Bank Transfer
please print out a hard copy for your records.
- Reservations will be held for 5 days pending receipt of the
signed booking confirmation and deposit. Deposits not received
within 5 days will be automatically cancelled.
- Full balance is due 8 weeks prior to date of travel - No
Reminder Will Be Sent.

- Normally travel directions and access information will be sent
to you 3-4 weeks prior to date of travel
|
- Dependent on the location and specific property your travel
information will give you directions to either of the following:
A - to the local office of our
management company. Here you will receive the front
door entrance code (no keys are used) and the directions for the
short journey from the office to the actual home. If you
will be arriving outside normal office hours this information
will be left for you in a "lock box" outside the office.
Florida Law requires all guests to be
registered and this process should be completed upon arrival or
the next day if arriving after hours.
A signed credit card imprint (Visa/Mastercard)
is required to be lodged with the management company as security
against loss or damage. (No actual charge is made against
the card).
B - direct to the property (a local
contact number will be available for emergencies) - in this
instance your registration details will be administered by
Secret Places. You will be required to provide a credit
card (Visa/Mastercard) number as security against loss or damage
at time of reservation. Credit card information will be
removed from our records approximately 1 month after the end of
your rental period.
