of rental is within 30 days of date of booking. |

- to pay by credit card enter your card details at the end of
the form or telephone us direct with your credit card information.
If paying by check full mailing instructions will show AFTER submitting
the form.

- click the "send" button at the bottom of
the booking form. You will receive a confirmation and
reservation number by return email.
a reservation deposit of $250 per week (or
part week) is required to reserve your rental accommodation (this
charge will be deducted from the total amount of rental
outstanding.)
the balance of your rental is due 30 days
before the date of travel. At this time the outstanding
rental will be charged automatically to your credit card.
All travel directions and key information
will be mailed to you after full payment has been received

Accommodation - Additional Information:

- Normally travel directions and access information will be sent
to you 3-4 weeks prior to date of travel
|
- Dependent on the location and specific property your travel
information will give you directions to either of the following:
A - to the local office of our
management company. Here you will receive the front
door entrance code (no keys are used) and the directions for the
short journey from the office to the actual home. If you
will be arriving outside normal office hours this information
will be left for you in a "lock box" outside the office.
Florida Law requires all guests to be
registered and this process should be completed upon arrival or
the next day if arriving after hours.
A signed credit card imprint (Visa/Mastercard)
is required to be lodged with the management company as security
against loss or damage. (No actual charge is made against
the card).
B - direct to the property (a local
contact number will be available for emergencies) - in this
instance your registration details will be administered by
Secret Places. You will be required to provide a credit
card (Visa/Mastercard) number as security against loss or damage
at time of reservation. Credit card information will be
removed from our records approximately 1 month after the end of
your rental period.
