Meticulously furnished, and with a décor of contrasting cream & white to compliment a relaxed Florida lifestyle the family room has a separate work station with high-speed internet access and features an impressive architect-designed entertainment center with wide-screen plasma TV, digital cable TV DVD and CD player with IPod docking station and stereo audio system. The stylish dining area comfortably accommodates up to six people. This area compliment the full breakfast–bar during the day or in the evening time, offers a more formal setting for dinner overlooking the water.

Master bedroom suite features luxury king-size plantation style four-poster bed with bamboo wood floors and plantation window shutters, full size dresser, wide-screen TV, overhead ceiling fans, walk in closet and access to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has separate walk-in fully tiled shower, full bath, twin vanity units and separate toilet.

Bedroom (2) has queen-size bed with plantation window shutters, full size dresser, TV, overhead ceiling fans and double closet, full length sliding doors have access to the garden area and offer picturesque views of the waterway.

Bedroom (3) features Twin beds with plantation widow shutters, double closet, overhead ceiling fans. All bed linens and a full supply of towels (including pool towels) are provided.

Bathroom (2) offers a fully tiled glass-screened step-in shower, full vanity and toilet. With direct access to the pool deck, this bathroom can also be used as a fully functioning pool-side Cabana bath.
