Your management company is basically responsible for looking after all aspects of your home, from helping to obtain rentals, through keeping the property clean and maintained, to paying your bills and keeping sales tax records. Feature and promote your home for rental if required

Calculate sales and tourist tax on rental income and remit on the owners behalf to State & County departments each month.

Liaise with homeowner associations on behalf of owners

Advertise, promote and liaise with local tourist boards to promote the area as a premiere vacation destination.

Annual US tax return service – itemized reports for submission to US Internal Revenue Dept
