ADD Florida sales & tourist tax (11%) to all rates  -   MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD 7 Nights

Rates quoted are for the property up to the maximum occupancy levels: 2 bed = 4 people 3bed = 6 people 4bed = 8 people.
(reduced rates are not available where fewer people occupy the property) An additional infant, child or adult can be accommodated at the rates shown in the supplementary charges guide below.

Rates quoted include usage of utilities inside the home � there are no additional charges for electricity

Cleaning fees
Rental less than 7 nights (if available) - add £75 departure cleaning fee
Weekly rentals – departure clean is included in the rental rate
Monthly rentals (28 nights or longer) – add £45 extended stay cleaning fee

Weekly rentals overlapping two seasons are pro-rated based on the seasonal in which they fall

Monthly rentals are defined as (28 nights) � extra nights are pro-rated based on the seasonal in which they fall

Credit card payment in US$ for International cards issued outside USA/Canada are subject to an additional processing fee.

We reserve the right to amend our published rates & substitute alternative accommodation
