ADD Florida sales & tourist tax (11%) to all rates  -   MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD during high season  7 Nights

Rates quoted are for the property & includes all persons up to the maximum occupancy levels: 2 bed = 4 people   3bed = 6 people   4bed = 8 people.
(reduced rates are not available where fewer people occupy the property) An additional infant, child or adult can be accommodated at the rates shown in the supplementary charges guide below.

Rates  quoted include usage of utilities inside the home – there are no additional charges for electricity

Cleaning fees
Rental less than 7 nights (if available) - add $100 departure cleaning fee
Weekly rentals  – departure clean is included in the rental rate
Monthly rentals (28 nights or longer) – add $65 extended stay cleaning fee

 

Short rentals of 5 or 6 nights are not available at all times and may not be available in all homes – enquire for specific availability

Weekly rentals overlapping two seasons are pro-rated based on the seasonal in which they fall

Monthly rentals are defined as (28 nights) – extra nights are pro-rated

Credit card payment in US$ for International cards issued outside USA/Canada are subject to an additional processing fee.

We reserve the right to amend our published rates & substitute alternative accommodation

Supplementary Charges Guide

Electric pool heating where available $120/week

Baby Cot/Crib    $50/week

High Chair  $35/week

Fold-up / Air bed for additional person $100/week

Outdoor Gas Grill/BBQ rental – two options are available based on the final cleaning of the grill after use
(1) $35 - Guest to clean the grill after final usage leaving it “as found” free of residual food and grease and suitable for immediate use by the incoming guests. The charge includes unlimited use of the grill and initial supply of propane gas delivered to the property – additional tanks of propane can be supplied at $35/tank if required.

(2) $85 – Grill to be cleaned by the local cleaning staff at the end of the rental period. The charge includes unlimited use of the grill and initial supply of propane gas delivered to the property – additional tanks of propane can be supplied at $35/tank if required.

If option one (1) is chosen and the grill is not cleaned after final usage and prior to departure we reserve the right to apply the cleaning fee of $50 to the guests security credit card on file.

No special boat license is required, you must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license, issued in your own country/state.

Full instruction will be given waterside at time of rental and is included in the rental cost.

Included in the rental fee is the use of an exclusive map and destination guide.

Boats are allocated to each booking on an “availability basis” – not all boats will be available at busy times and it is not possible to pr-select a specific boat when booking the “vacation home + boat” package. Your boat will always be suitable for the number of people and size of property.

* VACATION HOME + BOAT PACKAGE - includes 7 nights home rental with 5 Days boat rental. The boat will be available at your vacation home in Cape Coral from the morning of day 2 of your vacation and will be collected at the end of day 6 (for weekly rentals) leaving you free time on the first & last days of your weeks vacation. Additional days rental can be added, (subject to availability) at the “per day” rate shown above.

For some homes, it may be more appropriate for your boat to be available on a “meet & greet” basis at a nearby alternative property location where quicker gulf access is available, this may save you considerable boating time with faster access out to the gulf waters – there is no additional charge if this service is provided.

Breakdown insurance, providing tow facilities for all breakdowns, will be made available at $35 per rental (subject to change) - this should be paid locally and must be taken out at the start of the rental period, prior to first use.

All the boats are insured with $300,000 third party liability insurance and complete hull damage insurance with a $1000 deductible

Boats should be returned with similar fuel levels otherwise a charge is payable locally.

A refundable credit card security charge ($500 - $1000) is required prior to taking possession of the boat. All boats are supplied by an authorised third party and you will be required to sign a separate rental contract with them at this time.

We cannot accept cancellation of any rental days once the rental has commenced. Refunds are not available for rentals affected by adverse weather conditions

Availability is on a demand basis, all boats may not be available at busy periods - advance reservation is advised – we reserve the right to substitute models prior or during the rental period in the light of unforeseen circumstances.
