| Extra nights (8-13, 15-20, 22-27) are calculated
by adding the “additional night rental” rate. |
| Monthly rentals are defined as (28 nights) and
are calculated using “month rental” rates.
Periods over 28 nights are calculated by pro-rating the applicable
“month rental” rates. |
| Weekly rentals overlapping two
seasons are calculated using the rates applicable to the start
of the rental |
| Monthly rentals overlapping two seasons are
calculated using the monthly rates applicable to each season
– extra nights are pro-rata. |
