Rates quoted are for the property up to the maximum occupancy levels: 3bed = 6 people 4bed = 8 people. 5bed = 10 people
(reduced rates are not available where fewer people occupy the property) An additional infant, child or adult can be accommodated at the rates shown in the supplementary charges guide below.

Rates quoted include usage of utilities inside the home – there are no additional charges for electricity

Cleaning fees are included in the rates for rentals between 7 to 27 nights. An “extended stay” supplementary cleaning fee of $65 may be charged on rentals of 28 + nights. Rentals fewer than 7 nights (where available) are charged a $95 cleaning fee

|
Weekly rentals overlapping two seasons are pro-rated based on the seasonal in which they fall
|
|
Monthly rentals are defined as (28 nights) – extra nights are pro-rated based on the seasonal in which they fall

|
Credit card payment in US$ for International cards issued outside USA/Canada are subject to an additional processing fee.
