Relax in your very own swimming pool and enjoy the added comfort of a secluded and very private sundeck. Relax poolside and enjoy the early morning sunrise as another stunning Florida day begins.
This Signature home is thoughtfully furnished throughout - you will feel relaxed and instantly “at home” The Interior seamlessly blends light Floridian pastel shades with stylish furnishings and is ideally suited to the relaxed Florida lifestyle. The central family room offers a spacious living area with tiled floor and twin sliding doors leading directly out to the pool and sundeck. Two comfortable sofas and separate armchair provide ample seating for six and a wide-screen TV completes the living area.
The well-appointed kitchen includes all major appliances, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer and is extensively equipped for six people. A family washer and dryer is also provided. A traditional “Island style” dining table with seating for six provides a more formal atmosphere for that special celebratory meal with an additional breakfast nook for casual dining situated next to the kitchen area.
Relax and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. Your own private swimming pool is fully screened for protection and privacy. A shaded outdoor dining area poolside is fully equipped with dining table, seating and sun loungers.
