| Monthly rentals are defined as
(28 nights) and are calculated using month rates. Periods over
28 nights are calculated by pro-rating the applicable “month
rental” rates. |
| Monthly rentals overlapping two seasons are
calculated using the monthly rates applicable to each season
– extra nights are pro-rata. |
| Weekly rentals overlapping two seasons are calculated
using the rates applicable to the start of
the rental. |
