Rates Guide |
| Minimum rental period 7 nights

| Full weeks (7/14/21 nights etc)
are calculated using weekly rates |
| Extra nights (8-13, 15-20, 22-27)
are calculated by adding the night rate |
| Monthly rentals are defined as (28 nights) and
are calculated using month rates. Periods over 28 nights are
calculated by pro-rating the applicable “month rental” rates. |
| Monthly rentals overlapping two seasons are
calculated using the monthly rates applicable to each season
– extra nights are pro-rata. |
| Weekly rentals overlapping two
seasons are calculated using the rates applicable to the start
of the rental. |
| We reserve the right to amend our
published rates & substitute alternative accommodation. |
